General Questions

Download the Capturit app from the App Store or Google Play Store, then follow the steps to creating an account.

Yes, Capturit is free to download and use.

Go to the app login screen, click ‘Forgot Password’, and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
Using the Capturit App

Select the album you want to add photos to. Go to the Media tab and click the camera icon at the bottom right. Choose 'Photos' or 'Camera' and select the photos you want to upload.

- Invite friends within Capturit as guests to your event.
- From within your event, click the share icon on the banner. Here you can share it via DM, SMS, QR code, and other major social platforms.

- From your profile page, select the event you wish to manage. Here, you can view and edit all the event's media, details, guests, and chats.
- As the event holder, you can edit all event details. As a guest, you can manage your own media and chats.
Account Management

From your profile select the settings menu, 'Account Settings', 'Change Password', then follow the prompts to resetting your password.

Navigate to ‘Account Settings’ within the app, select ‘Email’, and follow the prompts to update your email address.

From your profile select the settings menu, 'Edit Profile', and enter a new, unique username. Your username can only be changed 60 days after it was last changed.
