Password Management

Managing your password is essential for keeping your Capturit account secure. Below, you'll find steps to change or reset a forgotten password.

Please note. Account security is crucial. Your password must be at least 12 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

How to Change Your Password

  • 1. Open the Capturit app, and login.
  • 2. In the top right, click on the menu, then select 'Account Settings'.
  • 3. Select 'Change Password'.
  • 4. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
  • 5. Click 'Change Password' to apply the changes.

How to Reset a Forgotten Password

  • 1. Open the Capturit app to the login screen, and tap 'Forgot Password.'
  • 2. Enter your email address.You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • 3. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • 4. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
